I am a very experienced musician and have worked with many major artists including Van Morrison, Jerry Dammers, Allen Toussaint, Jon Cleary, James Hunter, Maxi Jazz (Faithless) Colosseum and Chris Farlowe.

I was a member of the James Hunter Six– (often described as retro analogue soul) from 1990 to 2018, playing Tenor Saxophone, touring and recording 7 albums. I also wrote String and Horn arrangements on these albums including the Grammy nominated “People Gonna Talk” album 2006.

As one half of Akasha  (UK Psychedelic Electro Jazz Duo) I exercise a different musical personality: more experimental and contemporary. Akasha have recorded 3 albums of contemporary jazzy electronica, “Cinematique” ” Love Philtre Magick” and “Hail The Sun ” .

Live performances feature an incendiary six piece band incorporating electronics .

Here’s some recent Akasha Production Music for the KPM label written and produced by myself and Charlie Casey.

“Elements Suite”
